I’m looking for a solution to clearly print all open tasks and project tasks on one or two sheets in one step.

Hello @Thilo_Wessel - Have you tried our advanced search to look for incomplete tasks and printing the search result using the drop down menu?

In addition to @Alex_Christensen’s good answer, you could consider building upon that with Asana2Go (Disclaimer: I’m the creator) which works in Advanced search results view:
